Transaction Execution Associate II

About the role

The Transaction Execution Associate II supports end‑to‑end execution of lending and trade finance transactions within JPMorgan's Credit Product Delivery function, ensuring a strong client experience and robust risk controls.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full execution lifecycle of lending and trade finance deals, managing documentation, closing requirements and issue resolution.
• Perform conditions precedent checks and coordinate the deal closing process.
• Liaise with clients, legal counsel, facility agents and internal stakeholders to negotiate and execute bilateral and syndicated facility documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate approvals for any documentation deviations within the internal controls framework.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and support wider projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in deal execution, transaction management or legal documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of lending and trade finance products and related legal agreements (LMA‑style documentation is a plus).
