About the role

Join J.P. Morgan’s Client Onboarding Implementations team to lead end‑to‑end onboarding for complex treasury product implementations. You will be the single point of contact for global clients, ensuring a seamless experience while translating business requirements into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global client onboarding and implementation projects for payments and receivables solutions.
• Serve as the primary project manager and client liaison, delivering a first‑class experience.
• Scope client requests, document specifications, and maintain project documentation using MS Office tools.
• Update workflow tools for status tracking, establish timelines, and manage dependencies.
• Identify risks, propose creative solutions, and escalate issues to keep projects on track.
