About the role
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to support Transfer Pricing projects within its global network, primarily for US‑based clients. The role involves preparing documentation, assisting with dispute resolution, and contributing to financial analyses.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, dispute resolution reports, and planning or consulting deliverables.
- Participate in debt, credit rating, and transactional adjustment analyses, including WACC calculations and loan valuations.
- Work with external financial databases such as Bloomberg, Loan Connector, and S&P Capital IQ, as well as PwC internal applications.
- Attend internal and external client meetings and collaborate with global teams.
Required profile
- Advanced students or graduates in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- At least 2 years of experience in transfer pricing.
- Advanced level of English.
- Full‑time availability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, and Loan Connector databases.
