Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Jobiglo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform. By creating an account or using Jobiglo, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Definitions

Jobiglo refers to the platform accessible via jobiglo.com and its country sub-domains. User means any natural or legal person using the service. Candidate means a user seeking employment. Recruiter means a user posting job offers.

2. Service description

Jobiglo connects candidates and recruiters via job listings, a CV database, email alerts and analytics tools. Some features are free, others are paid (premium listings, CV packs, etc.).

3. Registration and account

Registration requires a valid email address. The user warrants the accuracy of the information provided and agrees to keep it up to date. An account is strictly personal and may not be shared.

4. Candidate obligations

  • Provide a truthful and up-to-date CV
  • Not impersonate any third party
  • Not apply abusively or via automation
  • Respect recruiters and other users

5. Recruiter obligations

  • Publish only real, legal and non-discriminatory job offers
  • Comply with applicable labour laws
  • Not request unjustified sensitive information from candidates
  • Not use the CV database for purposes other than recruitment

6. User content

The user retains ownership of the content they publish. By submitting it, they grant Jobiglo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index and distribute it as part of the service.

7. Prohibited content

Strictly prohibited: illegal, defamatory, racist, sexist, pornographic content; fraudulent offers, MLM, "work from home" scams; spam, scraping, reverse engineering.

8. Intellectual property

The Jobiglo trademark, logo, source code and designs are the exclusive property of Jobiglo. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

9. Personal data

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Users have the right to access, rectify, delete and port their data at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

Jobiglo acts as a technical intermediary. We do not guarantee the truthfulness of offers, the authenticity of CVs, or the success of applications. Jobiglo's liability is limited to direct, proven damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Paid services

Paid services are billed at the rates in force at the time of order. No refunds are granted after full or partial consumption of the service.

12. Changes to terms

Jobiglo may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of substantial changes. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time from their dashboard. Jobiglo retains data necessary for legal obligations (billing, fraud prevention) for the durations required by law.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
