Global C&I Strategic Operations Specialist

About the role

EY is hiring a Global Operations Specialist for its Clients & Industries (C&I) organization, within the Business Enablement Business Management Office. The role supports operational excellence across the C&I organization, which has six domains: Insights, Industry, Demand Generation, Client Excellence, Sales & Commercial Excellence and Enablement & Technology. It sits in Strategic Operations, working with Core Services and Performance & Data Insights, and reports to the Domain Strategy Execution Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and support short- and long-term initiatives, monitoring progress against milestones
• Oversee domain-specific processes and prepare strategic inputs for leadership, such as decks, with clear narratives and recommendations
• Coordinate cross-domain priorities with the Strategic Operations Team Lead and other domain teams
• Support performance monitoring and governance alongside Core Services, using analytics and intelligence from Performance & Data Insights
• Drive efficiencies through automation, standardization and best practices, and assess emerging technologies and tools
• Promote continuous improvement and support governance forums, preparing executive-ready updates with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Essentials, Dynamics)
• Help manage stakeholder expectations, assist with reporting and analysis requests, and reinforce self-service options
• Build relationships across domains, functions and pods and act as a trusted advisor to leadership

Required profile

• Experience in operational process creation, improvement and handoff
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, delivering high-quality outputs under tight timelines
• Client-focused mindset, able to manage expectations and redirect activity
• Credible, with excellent communication and stakeholder management at Global/Area leadership level
• Comfortable in a global, matrixed environment with evolving priorities
