Community Impact Coordinator - EY Academic Resource Center

About the role

This role supports EY's Americas Sustainability and Community Impact team, including the EY Academic Resource Center (EYARC) and other general support for the Corporate Responsibility and Corporate Sustainability portfolio. About 60% of the time is dedicated to operational support of EYARC, delivering quality higher education academic resources and university faculty engagement programs; the rest covers broader team priorities. The position is based in Global Delivery Services (GDS) LATAM and works closely with EYARC team members in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the EYARC content lifecycle: intake trackers, version control, accuracy checks, follow-up with reviewers, and applying standard templates before review
• Support publishing, including posting finalized content and sourcing EY thought leadership, and run post-publication testing and site maintenance
• Provide first-line support via shared mailbox triage, handle instructor and student access requests, and escalate complex issues
• Support webinars and virtual events, maintain attendance trackers, and manage newsletter distribution
• Maintain trackers, templates and documentation, and assist with institutional, compliance and audit requests
• Help the Sustainability team with benchmarking research and data collection, and the Corporate Responsibility team with the EY Ripples program, including swag orders and portal uploads

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, administrative support or process-driven roles
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Experience supporting shared inboxes, workflows or program operations is preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and work across time zones

Required skills
