Community Impact Coordinator - Community Engagement and EY Ripples

About the role

EY is looking for a Community Impact Coordinator within its Americas Sustainability and Community Impact team, based in Global Delivery Services (GDS) Argentina. The role supports the Corporate Responsibility portfolio with operational and analytical assistance, focusing on coordinating compliance due diligence for the nonprofit organizations supported through Community Engagement Funding and EY Ripples volunteerism, and supporting the Community Engagement Funding process and portal. It works mainly with colleagues in the United States, so flexibility across time zones is required.

Key responsibilities

• Support non-profit due diligence: assess nonprofits and NGOs receiving funding or volunteer support, and maintain, organize and track requests, diligence files and approval documentation for the Risk Committee
• Review funding requests and volunteer initiatives against EY policies and internal approval requirements, and coordinate escalations and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
• Support the CE Funding Portal: document requirements, risk protocols, submission tracking, analysis for leadership, and work with IT developers on portal improvements
• Support the Americas Corporate Responsibility Leader and the Associate Director with presentations, reports, summaries and briefings, and maintain trackers, templates and toolkits for corporate responsibility workstreams
• Provide data analysis to monitor trends, risks and program activity

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual, with complete command of English
• Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience, such as operational support, analytics or project management
• Experience in a structured, process-driven environment (professional services, corporate, nonprofit or similar)
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines across time zones

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, with particular strength in Excel
• Data handling, trackers and reporting in Excel
• Comfort with AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
