About the role

Gates, a leading manufacturer of fluid power and power transmission solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, manage orders and ensure customer satisfaction across various product lines.

Key responsibilities

Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email and other channels.
Provide clear product information, manage orders, and expedite material when needed.
Escalate complex issues to higher levels and follow up on pending cases until resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes based on feedback.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration or related field.
0-1 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
Strong verbal and written communication, empathy, and ability to handle difficult situations.
Results‑oriented, problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a team.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Advanced English proficiency – reading, writing and speaking.
