About the role
Gates, a leading manufacturer of fluid power and power transmission solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, manage orders and ensure customer satisfaction across various product lines.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email and other channels.
- Provide clear product information, manage orders, and expedite material when needed.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels and follow up on pending cases until resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes based on feedback.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication, empathy, and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Results‑oriented, problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English proficiency – reading, writing and speaking.
