Associate Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

The Associate Customer Service Supervisor supports the supervisor in managing day‑to‑day activities of the Customer Service Group, providing training, direction, and performance monitoring for team members.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in overseeing daily workload, setting priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Create and maintain scheduled KPIs for the Customer Service Group.
• Troubleshoot system issues and develop training procedures.
• Document processes and provide training and support for new and existing employees.
• Supervise daily processing of customer orders, returns, and inquiries, ensuring adherence to the order‑to‑cash process.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
• 3‑5 years of customer service or business‑related experience.
• 1‑3 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and investigative skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, highly structured environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• SAP experience (preferred).
