Operations Manager

About the role

This first‑line, hands‑on people leadership role supports a local team within a global operation, focusing on day‑to‑day execution, prioritisation, coaching and performance support to deliver timely, high‑quality client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance, prioritisation and support to Presentation Specialists, ensuring processes and methodologies are followed.
• Track work in progress, monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and escalate risks or issues to management.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to drive quality and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to HR, compliance, health & safety and departmental policies.
• Foster an inclusive team environment, remove blockers and drive rapid client issue resolution.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation with management and global partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and advanced English proficiency.
• 10+ years of relevant operations or service delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with KPI tracking and basic workforce planning.
