About the role

Join 360 Apartment Renovations as an Appointment Setter, the first point of contact in our client journey. You will spark interest, qualify leads, and schedule high‑value meetings with property managers and decision‑makers in the multifamily sector.

Key responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily to property managers, regional managers, and multifamily operators.
• Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for Account Managers, ensuring a healthy sales funnel.
• Log all activities in Salesforce and maintain clean, up‑to‑date contact records.
• Execute structured follow‑up sequences using automation tools and marketing assets.
• Identify pain points, decision‑makers, and renovation timelines through targeted questioning.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales.
• Fully bilingual with native‑level English proficiency.
• Strong phone presence, written communication skills, and a self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to work onsite in Olivos Monday‑Thursday (10 AM–7 PM ARGTIME) and remotely on Fridays.
