Junior Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing DTC wellness brand. This full‑time remote position focuses on delivering high‑quality customer experiences by handling inquiries, resolving order issues, and acting as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and fulfillment partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email (Gmail) and social channels promptly and professionally.
• Handle requests such as address updates, order changes, cancellations, and returns.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipping and fulfillment issues, tracking orders through Shopify.
• Monitor and reply to messages on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to maintain brand presence.
• Document interactions and recurring issues to improve internal processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and provide occasional administrative support.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, preferably within a DTC or Shopify‑based e‑commerce environment.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
