Travel Agent – Amadeus & English (Remote Night Shifts)

About the role

Boostomer, a Customer Experience Agency based in Barcelona, is looking for a remote Travel Agent to provide on‑call support for corporate travelers in Spain and Portugal. The position focuses on urgent, after‑hours assistance, ensuring a seamless experience for clients facing travel emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver real‑time support to corporate travelers during emergency situations outside regular business hours.
• Create, modify, and manage bookings using the Amadeus reservation system.
• Resolve incidents quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven experience with the Amadeus system.
• Highly autonomous, solution‑oriented, and comfortable handling emergencies.
• Experience managing corporate travel bookings and changes.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and at least 10 hours per day.
