Test Consultant

About the role

Kainos is expanding its Smart Product Suite in Argentina and seeks a Test Consultant to lead customer engagements and deliver intelligent testing and automation solutions for Workday implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Smart™ testing solutions for Workday customers, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyse customer Workday configurations across Payroll, HCM, Financials, Recruiting and Security to identify testing opportunities and improve coverage.
• Design, build and optimise Smart™ test packs, providing measurable value and guidance on best practices.
• Deliver workshops, demonstrations and training to enable customer success and transition to support teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape future Smart™ capabilities and participate in feature validation.
• Mentor Associates and junior consultants, support onboarding and contribute to recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Experience in software implementation, business analysis, quality assurance or consulting with enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation concepts and cloud‑based enterprise applications.
• Domain knowledge in payroll, HR or finance processes, preferably with Workday experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
