About the role

Lead and manage end‑to‑end execution of complex technical projects in a hybrid setting, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company goals.

Key responsibilities

Oversee project teams, including technical PMs and BAs, and facilitate communication across departments.
Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor timelines, budgets and resources, and provide regular progress reports.
Lead project sprints, establish training processes, and mentor junior staff.
Coordinate acquisition of resources and materials, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Review and approve modifications to project plans and ensure clear deliverables and responsibilities.

Required profile

Proven experience leading large, complex technical projects and managing cross‑functional teams.
Strong ability to monitor project progress, report on milestones, and engage senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to act as liaison between departments.
