About the role

Lead cross‑functional implementation projects for electronic payment processing, acting as the main point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives throughout end‑to‑end execution.

Key responsibilities

Define scope, plan and drive processing implementation projects for new electronic payment activities following global methodology.
Assess and document customer needs, analyze impacts on Mastercard and customer processing systems, and provide guidance to customer support staff.
Execute comprehensive end‑to‑end system impact analyses for multiple projects in parallel and deliver internal and customer training.

Required profile

Strong knowledge of information technology systems, network technology and project management.
Deep understanding of payment transaction processing, Mastercard processing formats and host interface testing.
Excellent communication skills, able to interact with senior and executive management and to teach technical concepts.
