Senior Quality Engineer – Mobile

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer specialized in mobile to join its Mobile Engineering team. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with product, design and development teams to deliver high‑quality mobile experiences for Fortune 100 customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test plans and create comprehensive test cases.
• Execute functional and automated tests on iOS and Android applications.
• Develop and enhance UI automation frameworks using Espresso (Android) and XCUITest (iOS).
• Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines and contribute to achieving 100% regression automation readiness.
• Identify, document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Define test strategy, drive process improvements and work with backend teams to inject testing earlier in the development cycle.

Required profile

• 7+ years of technical experience with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of mobile app automation experience (Appium, Selendroid, MonkeyTalk, Katalon, etc.).
• Hands‑on testing experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Automation tools: Appium, Selendroid, MonkeyTalk, Katalon.
• API testing tools: Postman, IntelliJ HTTP Client.
• Debugging tools: Charles Proxy, Splunk, Sentry.
