Tech Lead

About the role

Fever is looking for a Tech Lead to drive engineering vision and deliver large‑scale, high‑impact projects for its global live‑entertainment platform. You will work closely with product teams, mentor engineers, and ensure code quality and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term engineering strategy and architecture.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to keep the platform cutting‑edge.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to influence technical teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Python development, preferably with Django or Flask.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Design and implementation of microservices, distributed systems, and high‑traffic APIs.
• Hands‑on with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
