Junior Project Manager for Keet P2P (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an organized and curious Junior Project Manager to support the Keet engine team, which builds the core peer‑to‑peer video‑call and chat platform. You will work with senior engineers across time zones, turning priorities into clear plans and ensuring smooth releases.

Key responsibilities

• Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps up‑to‑date.
• Run or support stand‑ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives (mostly async).
• Coordinate between the engine team, UI developers, and QA to surface dependencies early.
• Write status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries.
• Help triage bug reports and user feedback, routing them to the appropriate engineers.
• Identify risks and blockers early and assist the team in resolving them.
• Maintain internal documentation and processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management (including internships or open‑source work).
• Excellent written English with the ability to explain technical progress clearly.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly.
• Experience with issue trackers and project tools such as GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira or Linear.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fully remote, async‑first environment.
