Product Configuration Assistant

About the role

The Product Configuration Assistant will support the development and maintenance of insurance rating, system control, financial mapping and reporting tables within the GLoW Admin Business system. The role involves configuring products, documenting unexpected results and collaborating with team members to propose solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy product rate files, vehicle classes, eligibility constraints, accounting distributions, and reporting setups.
• Interpret, extract and reconcile data from production tables for operational reviews and compliance audits.
• Implement and maintain products on both application and legacy systems, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Create test cases, perform testing, document results and support UAT during system modifications.
• Analyze basic policy and rating issues, suggest solutions and assist in process improvement.
• Manage and document assigned projects, tracking status, milestones and deadlines.

Required profile

• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Basic understanding of warranty or insurance product terminology.
• Self‑driven attitude with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to ask questions, seek clarification and produce accurate reports.
