Hazard Forecaster

About the role

The Hazard Forecaster supports business operations by analyzing workload trends, forecasting future volumes, and turning those forecasts into staffing recommendations. This remote position partners closely with Operations teams to ensure service level commitments are met and to drive data‑driven workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze historical workload data, trends, and business drivers to develop accurate volume forecasts.
• Create staffing recommendations that align with operational goals and contractual service level agreements.
• Present forecasts, trends, and workforce recommendations during monthly business review meetings.
• Develop reports and perform ad‑hoc analyses related to new initiatives, process changes, and client onboarding activities.
• Continuously improve forecasting models, methodologies, and workforce planning processes.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
