Talent Acquisition Specialist – RPO Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to act as an on‑site RPO partner for a leading multinational entertainment company. The role will be based in Buenos Aires and will combine strategic talent planning with hands‑on recruitment across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define recruitment strategies and talent needs.
• Lead searches for analyst, specialist, supervisory, management and leadership positions.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assess candidates against technical and cultural criteria.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping and hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment activity accurately in the ATS and internal reporting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, consulting, RPO or in‑house recruitment.
• Experience recruiting professional and middle‑management profiles, including analysts, supervisors, managers and department heads.
• Strong direct‑search (headhunting) and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
