Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Argentina

About the role

Indero, a global clinical research company in dermatology and rheumatology, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Argentina. The role supports the company's overall talent and recruitment strategy and acts as a business partner to hiring managers, helping them attract and select top talent through good sourcing strategies and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience
• Develop and support the talent acquisition strategy and build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Identify position requirements and sourcing strategy, coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices, and coordinate job postings in the applicant tracking system
• Source candidates through the best channels, conduct screening interviews and validate skills, cultural and language fit, then prepare shortlists for hiring managers
• Act as point of contact for candidates, manage pre-employment steps including background checks and references, and maintain recruitment accounts
• Support employer branding, set up a social media strategy for open positions and proactively source talent
• Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics, lead recruitment projects, and prepare offer details for offer letters and contracts
• Work with the HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth onboarding transition

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology or another relevant field
• 5-7 years of in-company recruiting experience
• High degree of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of good clinical practices and applicable Health Canada and FDA regulations
• Only applicants who can legally work in Argentina are accepted

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System and candidate sourcing
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to develop creative recruiting strategies
