Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Chevron Global Business Services, based in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team. The team is part of a multifunction service center with more than 1000 employees that delivers business services and solutions worldwide. Online applications are accepted until October 30.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across U.S., U.K. and LATAM markets, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights.
• Extend offers, manage salary negotiations and ensure a smooth move to onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR and business units to understand strategy and talent needs, and develop short- and long-term hiring strategies.
• Use Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing tools to find and secure top talent.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Follow global recruitment protocols and KPIs, keeping accurate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience managing the full recruitment cycle, preferably in a corporate multinational or high-volume agency.
• Highly proficient English; strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, with teamwork and customer service focus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing platforms.
• Preferred: HR information systems such as Workday and Service Now.
• Preferred: US, regional or global experience, and experience in a shared service center.

Relocation, expatriate assignments and visa sponsorship are not considered. Candidates open to flexible hours and holidays as needed are preferred.
