Support Agent - USA (Buenos Aires)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Support Agent for its SSI USA team, based in Buenos Aires. The role supports internal teams and keeps processes running smoothly, working with colleagues across the US, Buenos Aires and remotely. It is a full-time position with a hybrid setup, a flexible 8-hour shift plus a 1-hour break, five days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Keep internal tools (Jira, Slack, Airtable) updated and organized
• Coordinate with Producers and Project Managers on day-to-day needs and help track tasks, deadlines and progress
• Assist with ticketing page setup and sales launches, creating and validating experiences in internal tools
• Perform back-office updates and support invoicing, coordinating with the Finance team
• Help with venue research and initial outreach, and contribute to budget tracking and cost allocation
• Prepare and manage contracts

Required profile

• Lives in Buenos Aires and is legally eligible to work there
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience in structured operations, support or admin roles
• Attention to detail, process orientation and follow-through
• Bonus: familiarity with events, production or the music industry

Required skills

• Jira, Airtable, Slack and Google Workspace (or quick to learn)
• Ability to juggle tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
