Business Operations Associate (Chef Marketing)

About the role

CookUnity, a platform that connects chefs with customers and is expanding into a marketplace, is looking for a BizOps Associate / Analyst in Buenos Aires. You will act as an internal consultant helping management set goals and achieve them, within a strategy-focused group that drives high-impact projects. The Chef Marketing area builds tools and programs that help chefs grow their volume on the CookUnity platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of Chef Marketing initiatives: measure their impact, track performance, calculate the volume each chef drove and determine the amount to be charged.
• Contribute to the design of new Chef Marketing tools and programs through brainstorming and development.
• Analyze chef performance metrics to identify opportunities that increase chef competitiveness.
• Monitor and support company-level OKRs.
• Partner with Growth, Analytics, Product, Brand and Chef Ops teams on strategic projects.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking Chef Marketing performance.
• Support research, presentations and documentation for strategic projects led by BizOps leadership.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in cross-cutting organizational topics such as value proposition, strategy, funding, technology, operations, branding, GTM or building leadership teams.
• Corporate finance knowledge to build high-level business cases and estimate the impact of initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach at all levels of the organization.
• Consulting experience is a plus; advanced level of English required.
