Ethics & Compliance - Records & Information Management Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is hiring a Senior Associate for its Ethics & Compliance - Records & Information Management (RIM) function. The role supports records and information management activities within the Risk and Compliance practice, helping shape policies, procedures and controls that support ethical conduct and regulatory compliance. It works alongside the Data Lead on data-focused responsibilities and RIM projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of Client Services Annual Records Reviews, including data preparation, operations, project close-out, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Clean, validate, transform and load data for Annual Records Reviews in line with Records Management policies.
• Assess Preservation Notices against outstanding disposal lists to prevent disposing of records subject to legal hold.
• Run weekly Aura Termination of Retention (ToR) reporting for the Office of the General Counsel's legal hold processes.
• Maintain and improve Retention Schedules and related SharePoint repositories, and support improvements to the Records Review System.
• Design and implement automation initiatives that improve RIM efficiency, and maintain RIM documentation.
• Apply responsible information management, information security and data protection practices.

Required profile

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written English proficiency.
• Experience with compliance and RIM responsibilities.

Required skills

• Data cleaning, integration and analysis, including with Python and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Business intelligence and data visualization tools: MS products, SharePoint, Advanced Excel, Alteryx, Power BI/Power Query, Power Automate.
• Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery methods.
