Site Activation Coordinator, Import/Export

About the role

The Site Activation Coordinator supports Argentina in import/export activities for site activation. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and works under general supervision at country level, following local and international regulations, standard operating procedures, project requirements and budgetary guidelines. Maintenance activities may also be included.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site activation activities for assigned studies at investigative sites, working closely with the Site Activation Manager, the Project Management team and other departments
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy under the guidance of senior staff
• Prepare site regulatory documents and review them for completeness and accuracy
• Inform team members when regulatory and contractual documents for individual sites are complete
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in International Commerce, Life Sciences or a related field
• Advanced English level
• Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• General awareness of the import/export process
• Ability to work on multiple projects and to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and sponsors
