Strategy & Consulting Analyst – Capital Markets

About the role

Join Accenture's Strategy & Consulting Global Network team to help leading capital markets and financial institutions design and implement innovative business processes, digital solutions, and sustainability initiatives across North America and LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in large global programs for asset management, wealth management, investment banking and market infrastructure clients.
• Design and deliver solutions covering customer and employee experience, middle‑ and back‑office transformation, digital assets, technology enablement, ESG data, and future workforce development.
• Prepare presentations, meeting reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams, reporting progress and risks, and contribute to proposals for new business.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of experience in the capital markets industry.
• Knowledge of investment domains such as trade finance, asset management, wealth management, investment banking, and market infrastructure.
• Understanding of IT operating model design, process re‑engineering, and intelligent automation.
• Advanced English proficiency and a bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Experience with platforms such as Murex, Calypso or Simcorp (desired).
• Familiarity with RPA, AI and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of business and digital transformation frameworks, Agile methodology and project management (desired).
