About the role
IQVIA is looking for an Investigator Payment Analyst to manage end‑to‑end site payment processes for clinical studies in Brazil, ensuring compliance with timelines and supporting both sponsors and study sites.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in trial oversight meetings, set up country fee templates and site fee schedules, and manage site payees in MDG.
- Act as the single point of contact for site payment queries, track payment information, generate payment requests, and review invoices in IVT.
- Perform financial and content reviews of invoices, support accrual reporting, and handle amendment‑related fee template updates.
- Ensure holdback payments and settlement of outstanding invoices at study close‑out.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- At least 4 years of clinical research experience supporting payments in Brazil, covering start‑up to close‑out stages.
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish and Portuguese are preferred.
- Based in Argentina.
Required skills
- Experience with MDG and IVT payment systems.
