Investigator Payment Analyst 1

About the role

We are seeking an Investigator Payment Analyst to join our team in Buenos Aires. As a Local Payment Manager, you will own and manage the end‑to‑end site payment process for studies in Brazil, ensuring compliance with payment timelines and supporting both sponsors and study sites.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Trial Oversight Meetings, consult with Contract Manager, and coordinate with CTM/CTL/PME for accurate reconciliation.
• Set up study country fee templates and site fee schedules, and manage site payees in MDG.
• Act as the single point of contact for site payment queries, track payment information, generate payment requests, and review invoices.
• Perform content and financial review of invoices, initiate approvals, and support accrual reporting.
• Handle amendment management by updating fee templates and following up on site payment activities.
• Ensure holdback payments at closeout and settle all outstanding invoices before site closeout.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical research experience supporting payments in Brazil, covering start‑up to close‑out stages.
• Strong communication skills with advanced English proficiency.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred.
• Based in Argentina.
