About the role
Globant is seeking a mid‑level Staffing Analyst to join its Staffing team. The role focuses on matching internal talent with new business opportunities, ensuring capacity and supporting growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the talent pool to keep internal talent ready for current and future business needs.
- Validate system information to facilitate the talent‑matching process.
- Present internal talent options and follow up to secure timely assignments.
- Analyze data and propose solutions to improve business capacity.
- Negotiate with internal clients to efficiently fill openings and collaborate closely with Recruiting.
Required profile
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Achievement‑oriented, flexible, and able to work with urgency.
- Experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Background in Business/HR, Psychology or related fields.
Required skills
- Understanding of technical profiles (beneficial).
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
