Learning Delivery Specialist - Senior Associate

About the role

The Learning Delivery Specialist – Senior Associate is responsible for planning and delivering in‑person and virtual learning courses for EY GDS. The role works closely with Delivery Program Managers to create schedules, manage budgets, and ensure a high‑quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create delivery plans for classroom‑based and virtual courses, including forecasts, dates, locations and attendee estimates.
• Publish offerings in the Learning Management System, manage class rosters and coordinate with Travel, Meeting & Events for venue and accommodation logistics.
• Coordinate virtual learning production, arrange ground transportation, social events, catering and monitor related expenses.
• Award credit to learners and facilitators, monitor class consumption and provide feedback on learning relevance and quality.
• Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, resolve resource conflicts and make strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in learning delivery, meeting and event services, or related HR functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial skills for budgeting, monitoring and allocating learning costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, project and time management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for publishing and tracking courses.
