Exceptional Candidate Experience Coordinator - Associate

About the role

The Exceptional Candidate Experience (ECE) Coordinator supports EY's Talent Attraction & Acquisition team by delivering branding initiatives that enhance the candidate and new‑joiner journey. The role involves coordinating projects, preparing resources, and supporting communications to bring EY’s employer brand to life.

Key responsibilities

• Support virtual, hybrid and in‑person attraction, branding, candidate experience and onboarding initiatives through coordination, deliverable tracking, mailbox management and event production.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status trackers and documentation to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Assist in developing and distributing candidate‑facing communications, presentations, marketing materials and branding assets aligned with EY employer brand standards.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative activities for recruiting events, conferences, attraction campaigns and onboarding programs.
• Collaborate with recruiters, stakeholders, vendors and internal support teams to gather information, fulfill execution activities and manage vendor coordination.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing, communications, recruiting, talent acquisition, employer branding, project coordination or events.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established processes, take direction and execute projects efficiently.
