About the role

Cielo is looking for a Recruiter to drive service excellence across the full recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional talent and maintaining proactive communication with hiring leaders.

Key responsibilities

Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, providing market data and recommendations.
Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Evaluate candidate profiles, build talent pipelines, and keep candidates engaged with timely updates.
Partner with hiring leaders on offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.

Required profile

High school diploma.
Proven recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency environments.
Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
Knowledge of HR principles, practices and talent acquisition metrics.

Required skills

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
Social media recruiting tools.
