Software Engineer - Learning and Development

About the role

Chevron's Global Business Services (GBS) organization in Buenos Aires is hiring a Software Engineer for its Learning and Development team. The successful candidate joins the IT Organization, part of a multifunction service center with more than 1,800 employees that delivers business services and solutions to the corporation worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance and deploy intelligent copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into functional Copilot experiences.
• Optimize and maintain existing Copilot solutions for performance and scalability.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform solution management, environments and deployment.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply Microsoft Copilot Studio to create and deploy AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative/Agentic AI and responsible AI.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and related AI development tools.
• Proficiency in building conversational AI solutions; experience with low-code/no-code AI solutions preferred.
• Understanding of Dataverse, connectors and integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps to extend Power Platform.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, RESTful API and SOAP web services experience, Agile and DevOps knowledge, enterprise Power Platform application experience, security and governance knowledge, and HR process and employee self-service experience.
