About the role

Silver.dev is looking for a senior technical recruiter to join its high‑performance team in Buenos Aires. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating onsite with colleagues while leveraging cutting‑edge recruiting technology to source and place candidates in the $80K‑$200K salary range.

Key responsibilities

Source, screen, and manage candidates for a portfolio of client companies from day one.
Coordinate interviews, follow‑up with candidates and clients, and maintain accurate recruiting records.
Own client relationships, set clear success metrics, and drive talent operations.

Required profile

Advanced English proficiency.
5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in startups.
Proven track record placing candidates with annual salaries between $80K and $200K.
