Labor Relations Counselor – Latin America

About the role

Provide strategic guidance and hands‑on assistance for operating units in Argentina to manage complex labor relations issues, including contract negotiations, employee relations and organizing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Advise operating units on global labor relations challenges and develop proactive employee‑relations strategies focused on Argentina.
• Lead advocacy in labor arbitrations and before government agencies, conducting legal research and acting as company lead advocate.
• Support execution of global labor‑relations philosophy and partner with business stakeholders on strategy.
• Develop and facilitate labor‑relations training and mentorship to enhance organizational competence.
• Participate in external labor‑relations forums, monitor trends, and share best practices across the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in labor relations or labor law.
• University degree; preferably in law or labor relations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels and resolve sensitive disputes.
• Strong project‑management, legal‑research, data‑analysis, and communication skills, with experience in collective bargaining and organizing campaigns.
