Senior Tech Recruiter (12-Month Temp Role)

About the role

The Senior Tech Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for technology and engineering roles within The Walt Disney Company for a 12‑month fixed‑term assignment. You will act as the primary liaison for hiring managers, building robust pipelines and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview technical candidates across multiple platforms.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Promote Disney’s employer brand to passive talent and communicate the value proposition.
• Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track candidates and maintain data integrity.
• Generate analytics and reports to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay current on technology talent trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent acquisition specialist in technology.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to guide hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
