- Identify and implement process improvements and automations, including AI, to keep sales data quality and integrity across Salesforce and adjacent systems
- Maintain recurring sales reporting and dashboards (pipeline and leadership spot reports) and field ad hoc requests from account executives and sales managers with AI tools
- Partner with commercial teams so opportunities are properly created and tracked in Salesforce, including stage, probability and booking amount
- Create standard templates, playbooks and sales guidance documents for the quote-to-contracting process
- Manage lead and account enrichment tooling (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clay) and keep enrichment workflows current
- Maintain LinkSquares order form templates in coordination with Legal and Finance
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code or Claude Cowork to find and implement automation opportunities
Required profile
- Industry experience at a US SaaS or technology growth-stage startup, having implemented AI-enabled processes and workflows
- Hands-on, independent operator who owns outcomes and thrives in a fast-paced, lean team
- Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
- Strong English language skills
Required skills
- Certified Salesforce Administrator credential and strong experience with Salesforce
- Quantitative skills, including building BI reports with SQL
- Hands-on use of AI tools (e.g. Claude) to automate RevOps workflows
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
Nice to have: Certified Salesforce Developer credential, experience with Lemlist and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zuora Billing CPQX integration with Salesforce, and US-based multi-national SaaS startup experience.
