Enterprise Project Manager - Cloud & AI

About the role

Caylent, an AI-first cloud services company and AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, is looking for an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join its Cloud Project Management team. The role oversees large-scale, complex cloud transformation projects for enterprise clients, working closely with customer executives and internal teams to define strategic goals, manage delivery and drive results. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise projects on cloud adoption, AI strategy, migrations and transformation, aligned with client and organizational goals
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, senior leadership and internal teams, building trusted relationships
• Develop project roadmaps, schedules and resource plans
• Lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, engineers and business stakeholders
• Identify and manage risks, issues and changes, and escalate where necessary
• Oversee budget and resource allocation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Report regularly on status, milestones, risks and issues, and maintain dashboards and post-mortems
• Manage vendors, cloud providers and partners, and support account expansion and quarterly reviews

Required profile

• 7+ years in enterprise project management, with at least 5 in IT/cloud consulting; enterprise client experience required
• Managed technical engagements of 10+ people, multiple workstreams and budgets over $5M+
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools, and experience leading client Agile transformations
• Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders, and proven scope, schedule, risk and team management
• Current legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located; Caylent does not sponsor visas
