Senior Project Manager – Transformation Design & Execution

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead transformation design and execution for US‑based clients. You will help establish Transformation Management Offices (TMO), Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) or PMOs and drive complex programs across Cybersecurity, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and ERP domains.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to align strategy, controls and outcomes for Cyber, Finance, Risk and ERP initiatives.
• Define operating models and governance structures for TMOs/PMOs/EPMOs.
• Drive portfolio intake, prioritisation, planning, execution and benefits tracking, managing RAID logs.
• Configure and integrate PPM tools (Planview/Clarity), Jira, Azure DevOps and MS Project, ensuring data quality.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and continuous improvement across workstreams.
• Build executive‑ready reporting, dashboards, KPIs and control‑health metrics.
• Embed compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR/CCPA) and support audit readiness.
• Lead communications, training, hyper‑care and adoption metrics for change management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 4‑7 years delivering large‑scale, complex programs in consulting or industry, with hands‑on experience in at least one functional domain (Cyber, Finance, Risk, ERP).
• Minimum 1 year of client‑facing consulting experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support US‑based collaboration.

Required skills

• Planview/Clarity (or equivalent SPM/PPM) tooling.
• Jira or Azure DevOps.
• MS Project / Primavera.
• Power BI or Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Exposure to ServiceNow GRC/ITSM, Archer/OneTrust, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Anaplan (optional).
