Senior Commercial Pricing Strategist – North America

About the role

The Senior Commercial Pricing Strategist will shape and drive pricing strategy for Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) across North America. You will evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend adjustments that align pricing with business and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance of pricing frameworks to ensure consistent price setting across products and markets.
• Analyze pricing performance, assess win rates, discount trends, and price elasticity to guide strategic pricing actions.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations for pricing adjustments, balancing growth, margin optimization, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with regional and cross‑functional teams to validate recommendations and ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.
• Communicate pricing rationale to senior stakeholders and monitor the effectiveness of implemented adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in pricing strategy, business analytics, or operations, preferably in technology infrastructure.
• Proven success managing pricing processes across multiple product groups or markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
