Senior Benefits Analyst – LATAM

About the role

The Senior Benefits Analyst will lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs across the LATAM region for Trellix, a global cybersecurity company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic design, implementation, and day‑to‑day administration of all employee benefits programs across LATAM.
• Manage the annual benefits renewal process, negotiate rates with local brokers and vendors, and ensure competitive, comprehensive coverage.
• Develop and deliver targeted communications to increase employee awareness and utilization of benefits.
• Oversee financial operations for benefits, including reconciliation, auditing, and processing of vendor invoices.
• Support new‑hire benefit orientations and continuous improvement of global benefits initiatives, including well‑being programs.
• Audit benefit processes and data for accuracy and compliance, and serve as backup support for regional team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration and strategy, with hands‑on experience managing LATAM or international benefits programs.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail in billing reconciliation, cost projections, and budget management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese) preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
