Director, Shared Services & Argentina HR Hub Leader

About the role

The Director, Shared Services & Argentina HR Hub Leader will lead the Argentina Shared Services organization while serving as the senior HR leader for the Argentina HR Hub, reporting to the Executive Director, Global People Operations & HR Shared Services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of Argentina Shared Services, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, customer‑centric HR services.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Establish performance metrics and governance to monitor service quality and productivity.
• Identify and expand the scope of services delivered from Argentina, supporting new work transitions.
• Foster a One HR culture across all Argentina‑based HR functions and represent the hub in global HR forums.
• Partner with HR Capability Leaders to build workforce planning and capability‑building initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, promoting inclusive culture and talent pipelines.
• Build strong partnerships with HR Centres of Excellence, Business Partners and technology teams, leading transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 10‑12 years progressive HR leadership experience, including Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed or multi‑country teams in a global organisation.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement and organisational transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
