Senior Benefits Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs across the LATAM region. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic design, implementation and day‑to‑day administration of all employee benefits programs across LATAM.
• Manage the annual benefits renewal process, negotiating rates and terms with local brokers and vendors.
• Develop and deliver targeted communications to increase employee awareness and utilization of benefits.
• Oversee financial operations for the region, including invoice reconciliation, auditing and processing.
• Support new‑hire benefit orientations and continuous improvement of global benefits initiatives.
• Audit benefit processes for accuracy and compliance and serve as backup for regional team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in benefits administration and strategy, including LATAM or international programs.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to billing reconciliation, cost projections and budget management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese) preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major HRIS platforms such as Workday.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.
