HR Service Desk Junior Analyst

About the role

Join a multinational natural gas company as a Junior HR Service Desk Analyst supporting Airgas associates across the Americas. You will handle HR inquiries via phone, email, and chat, using Workday and ServiceNow, while ensuring service level objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees, answering HR‑related questions across benefits, payroll, timekeeping, leave, and personal data.
• Log and document all inquiries, resolve basic cases, and route complex issues to specialized HR teams following established policies.
• Guide employees through self‑service tasks in Workday and maintain clear communication on issue updates and procedural changes.
• Maintain SLA compliance by delivering accurate support within defined timeframes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, call‑center, or customer service (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
