Director, Shared Services & Argentina HR Hub Leader

About the role

The Director, Shared Services & Argentina HR Hub Leader will lead the Argentina Shared Services organization and act as the senior HR leader for the Argentina HR Hub, reporting to the Executive Director of Global People Operations & HR Shared Services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Argentina Shared Services organization, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, customer‑centric HR services.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Establish performance metrics and governance to monitor service quality, productivity and customer experience.
• Identify and expand the scope of services delivered from Argentina, supporting new work transitions.
• Foster a One HR culture across all HR functions in Argentina and represent the hub in global HR forums.
• Partner with HR Capability Leaders to develop workforce planning and capability‑building initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, building leadership capability and succession plans.
• Build strong partnerships with HR Centres of Excellence, Business Partners and technology teams, leading transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 10‑12 years progressive HR leadership experience, including shared services or HR operations.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed or multi‑country teams in a global organisation.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement and organisational transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Experience with HR technology and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
