Senior Associate – Deals Capital Markets

As a Deals Capital Markets Senior Associate, you will provide strategic guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures, and capital‑markets topics, advising clients on complex accounting advisory and financial‑reporting issues around deals and transformational business events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on technical accounting and financial‑reporting issues related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business transformations.
• Advise clients on complex accounting advisory matters and capital‑markets topics to maximize transaction value.
• Develop solutions for capital‑market engagements, financial modeling, and transaction structuring.
• Apply GAAP and IFRS knowledge to advise on financial reporting and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate project‑management efforts to ensure timely delivery of client solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster strong client relationships.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Pursuing or holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Fluent oral and written English.
